Townhouse is 240 m2 + terraces 60 m2 + garden with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the island of "Cirella", the city and the surrounding area. It is located on a hill, in a quiet and green area, in a residence with a swimming pool. The sea and the city centre are only 1500 metres away. The private garden has an automatic gate for entry, parking, barbecue area and a spacious patio. On the first level there is a large living room with access to the terrace, spacious kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with a shower, storage room. On the second level there are two large bedrooms, one with pool view, the other is with sea view, a large bathroom with jacuzzi, a terrace with outdoor furniture. Designed for a maximum of 7 people including children. The use of the pool is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
