Villa Magnolia with shared pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning Located in the countryside near Arcugnano and surrounded by vineyards, 'Villa Magnolia' really has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 130 m large property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated home office workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating, a fan and a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced swimming pool (open in summer), a garden, an open terrace and a shower. In Torri di Arcugnano (1km away) there is a pharmacy and ATM, while the closest grocery store is Pedron Adriano Alimentari. The landlord recommends the Restaurant Henry VIII and the Le Vegre Winery. There are 2 parking spaces available (on the property). Up to 2 pets are allowed. Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Interior without steps. The property has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
