Property info

The mansion house is located in the Ficolaio Park of Maratea, in a private compound, a few meter distance from the beach. A private way down leads to the marvelous little beach of Funnico Reggiu, whose access, reserved only to the hosts of the compound, is reachable on foot or by the sea. A large living with fireplace, a kitchen and a terrace with sea view furnished with table, chairs and lawn chairs, composes the house. The ground floor has a double bedroom with bathroom and an ample garden surrounding this little heaven of peace and tranquility, where it is possible to spend happy relaxing moments and live in the nature. The top floor has other three double bedrooms and two bathrooms; all rooms are open to a terrace with sea view on the Sant’Ianni’s island.
