I am Enrico and through Homeyservice I manage several properties on behalf of the owners for short-term rentals on the south-east coast of Sardinia.

Property info

This house, managed by Homeyservice, will welcome you in a small but comfortable environment with a large garden inside a private condominium a short distance from the beach of Simius and the center of Villasimius. Detached house with a large green lawn garden and internal parking space. Villa Simius is on one floor and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are in a single space and overlook the fully furnished veranda.
