Located on a tranquil stretch just off Route 343 in Soga, Hakobune Niseko is comprised of a small cluster of chalets and apartments nestled amongst a forest of birch trees, with majestic Mount Annupuri in full view. The Chalet's stylish and modern interior, spacious ensuite bedrooms, elegant open-plan living and dining areas, and fully-equipped kitchen make it an ideal choice for friends travelling together, family reunions and corporate gatherings. The Clubhouse on site also provides a large meeting space and dining area for weddings, conferences and other special events. There is also a children's library with over 600 books, and a golf simulator room which doubles as a private movie theatre. Although our chalet has a total of 8 ensuite bedrooms, we will open enough bedrooms to cater to your group's needs. The rooms will be allocated on a twin share basis (2 guests per room). If a guest prefers to have a room to himself, an additional charge might apply. For additional guests, we can also provide a futon for a 3rd guest in a bedroom, or a cot for a young child if available. For winter bookings, we can help arrange for the delivery and pick up of rental cars and ski equipment to and from our site.
Hakobune Niseko is managed by a husband and wife team, Megumi and Andrew Hall. The couple met while working as ski instructors in Japan and later settled in Australia, where they launched a number of small businesses including a popular Japanese cafe in Bright, Victoria. The owners are delighted that the Halls will be applying their entrepreneurial spirit and gift of hospitality to develop Hakobune's potential as a boutique accommodation provider, a retreat center and as a hub for events for the local community.
At Hakobune Niseko, you will enjoy the peaceful surroundings all year round. Most of what you need is within a 5-15 minute's drive. The property is situated at a convenient midway point between Niseko's 5 main ski lift bases. There are also golf courses and a few onsen in the vicinity. You will also be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, with many interesting restaurants and cafes to try in nearby Niseko Town, Niseko Village, Hirafu and Kutchan. A visit to the local dairy farm Milk Kobo is a must: ice cream, cheese tarts and cream puffs are just a 3-minute's drive away!
