Absolutely amazing experience. This place exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We spent 3 nights in the “Deluxe Villa” (“C”), a 66 m2 wooden house amidst the subtropical forest of Southern Okinawa. On arrival, we were greeted by Ken, the manager, who gave us a clear overview and recommendations for things to do and to eat in the area. He also showed us two e-bikes, which can be used free of charge during the stay. The place has a beautiful natural garden, which goes all the way up the hill with a great view. The house/villa had a modern, sophisticated style, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen area, own parking space and - most importantly - a balcony with stunning sea view. We were extremely lucky that our stay coincided with the local, small-scale (food truck) festival which took place on the premises of Villa Sachibaru. A fantastic local experience. We will definitely be back.

Staying at Mibara Pension was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the place immediately caught my eye. Its interior felt very homely, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout. An added bonus was the beautiful ocean view which added to the serenity of the location. I noticed many foreign guests, which gave the pension a vibrant and diverse ambiance. A highlight was the cool event at a nearby cafe on Saturday evening, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique and pleasant getaway!
