Clean rooms, free drinks, and good location are the strength. Friendly and helpful staff compensate for their limited ability of English communication. It is true that room is small, breakfast is simple, and there's (light) noise of passing trains; but considering the price I paid for the accommodation, these are rather minor issues.

The room (approx. 12 sqm) is clean with one double bed, bathroom and amenities. Refrigerator and kettle available. Welcome drink such as Coffee, Tea, Cacao, Water (limited time) for free and complimentary breakfast with buffet. Coin laundry available. Walking distance to the train station, pubs and restaurants. Car Parking is situated in front of the hotel, 500 Yen per day.

Great to get some complimentary free water, and the staff was very welcoming and nice even though my japanese was a bit rusty. Parking in front of the hotel or right next door, and yes, it's paid, but super cheap at 4-500 yen for 24 hours!
