Enchanting Ambiance: Connected to the terrace is an open basement adorned with lush greenery and a charming water feature, reminiscent of medina fountains. Open Concept Living: Upon entering through the imposing front door, a vast, open-concept space unfolds, comprising the living room and kitchen. Seven expansive bay windows surround the area, providing ample natural light. A ground-floor bedroom and bathroom complete this level. Elegant Ascent: A striking glass-railed staircase ascends to the first floor, leading to a generous corridor/living area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on this floor. An ample, shaded terrace offers views of the pool and the Atlas Mountains. Luxurious Bedrooms: Each of the five bedrooms features top-tier bedding, quality mattresses, and air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while one first-floor bedroom and the ground-floor bedroom offer queen-sized beds. The remaining two bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other in the basement, each accommodate two single beds. Parking Convenience: Ample parking is available both inside the property and outside. Our surroundings offer a high level of security, with the house located a mere 100m from the main entrance of the residence, where a team of 2 or 3 security guards is on duty around the clock. They conduct regular patrols on bicycles and golf carts, ensuring our guests peace of mind and safety.
