Welcome to our newly constructed apartment complex in Baosici, situated in the Bay of Kotor. This ultramodern, air-conditioned apartment offers a pool with a stunning view. It includes private parking and features one living room, one separate bedroom, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower , washing machine and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, all with filtered water. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with USB chargers, flat-screen TVs in each room, and a complete ironing set. For added convenience, the property offers towels and bed linen for max 4 persons. The building is video-surveilled with a swimming pool, an elevator, and a nearby electric car charger.
The property is located 100 meters from the sea and a brief 10-minute walk from luxury marina, village and beach club Porto Novi .
