About this property

Located in Ulcinj, Holiday Park Olive Tree offers you a romantic, magical getaway in the ancient olive forest of Ulcinj. It is nestled inside ancient olive plantation/forest and it offers a majestic sea view with a very peaceful surrounding. It has a swimming pool and a large garden area suitable for various activities such as yoga, outdoor exercises etc. We also offer a tour to our guests through the ancient olive forest where they can visit the oldest olive tree in Ulcinj which is 1314 years old , hear story of our family 600 year old olive tradition and have the opportunity to taste and buy our family extra virgin olive oil, olive oil soap and other olive oil products. All our units are non-smoking and have a balcony. There is also a sink, an electric kettle for making tea or coffee, fitted with a fridge . Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom, shower and free toiletries also. The holiday park features free Wi-Fi all over the property. Holiday Park Olive Tree also includes a local/traditional food restaurant during night times , outdoor showers and outdoor swimming pool. Free private parking is available on site for every guest. We are suitable for family holidays as well. Children can enjoy various activities such as long walking's, exploring the olive forest, swim in the pool and play in our property. You can start the day with a rich buffet with everyday freshly made breakfast which will be served under the ancient olives. Breakfast is prepared and cooked with pour family's extra virgin olive oil . Maid service is provided 24/7. Airport transfer services are provided upon request and apply charges. Luxury wooden houses nestled inside millennial old olive trees of family Buzuku . Offering extraordinary sea view where you can rest among the quietness of the Mediterranean nature and enjoy romantic atmosphere every night. Guests will have opportunity to visit our 1314year old olive tree , which is one of the oldest olive trees in the region. Also guests will have opportunity to buy our extra virgin olive oil, home made olive oil soap, table olives and other products .
We are olive oil producers with tradition of over 600 years .
All over surrounded with ancient olive trees . Valdanos beach is just aprx 3km from the property, city center is just 2km from the property . Main city attraction Old Town is aprx 2km from the property.
