Our stay here was amazing. The room was absolutely beautiful and so much bigger than the photos. The staff were absolutely lovely, and even did our washing for us which we were so grateful for. The location is far enough outside of the main street for quiet, but also close enough to walk into. Breakfast across the road had a good enough choice. For the price you pay and what you get staying here, we couldn't have been happier.

Location, comfort, helpfulness and kindness of staff and management. Nice rooms with large tv, excellent view with large windows, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

Everything was great. I had made a mistake and booked a room with 2 single beds, but the lady at the front desk helped me out and arranged a different room with 1 large bed for the night. Huge tasty breakfast was included. Parking under the hotel, great location, great staff, great interior..... met all my expectations. I would stay again, for sure!

Had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Shkodra or staying for a few days.

Nice rooms, family friendly, good location right at the pedestrian area, very friendly and helpful staff. We could park right at the hotel. If we go back to Shkoder, we surely will stay there again.

The trip was for our daughter’s birthday, and it was truly memorable from start to finish. She was so excited to see a big sign above the bed saying ‘Happy Birthday.’ She didn’t expect it since her birthday had been the week before our trip, which made it such a thoughtful and special surprise. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond their duties to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Everyone greeted us with a smile, which created a very welcoming and positive atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the bed was especially cozy after long days of traveling. The balcony overlooking the city was absolutely amazing and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Every moment felt relaxing and special. Every time we visit Shkoder, this will definitely be our home away from home.

Very clean, very nice, very spaceful and very comfy rooms. It has a beautiful green park.

The location is great, next to the main roundabout with buses and taxis. There are a ton of restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets nearby. The facilities are not bad. Nice balcony.

I loved the apartment! Super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful (you can tell everything is new). It’s very close to the pedestrian street (which has all the bars and restaurants) and to where the buses depart, so the location is excellent. And Vera was always attentive and eager to help.

Great location and helpful staff.

The staff were so helpful and even printed out some urgently needed documents for us for free. The spoke very good English and we loved the breakfast. Location was amazing and the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
