This newly refurbished and bright apartment is located in central part of Sliema close to all amenities and a mere 2 minutes’ walk from the seafront! The Surfside beach is just around the corner. You will find there many bars, restaurants, SPAs and other places to go. In 10 minutes’ walk you can reach Balluta Bay, in 15 Spinola Bay and it’s charming harbour with popular LOVE sign. It is a perfect place for any type of travellers: families, couples, groups of friends or business travellers.

Property info

The apartment consists of large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms and two nicely furnished bedrooms. In first bedroom you will find two single beds with one extra foldaway single bed which can be used to host an additional guest. Desk, chair and wardrobe are also part of the small room and can be used during your stay. The master bedroom consists of one king size bed, big wardrobe and full-length mirror. There is also small en-suite bathroom with spacious shower, basin and toilet. Each bedroom has it’s own individually controlled AC unit and a balcony. The main bathroom has a well sized bathtub, as well as hand basin and a toilet. Also, you will find there washing machine and tumble dryer. Both bathrooms have built-in hairdryers. The open plan kitchen is very well-equipped and allows you to cook every meal you’d like. You can take a seat at the dining room table or in the living room, where you will find comfy sofa and large flat-screen Smart TV with NETFLIX capabilities and a number of channels. On the terrace you will find an outside table with chairs, perfect to chill in warm, summer evenings.
