You will enjoy a gorgeous sea view at this 3 bedrooms apartment spread on 150 sqm. Wonderful sea view from living room and kitchen.Two balcony's with front sea view, and an separate office room. Lot of restaurant's and coffee shop's ideal's for breakfast lunch and dinner The apartment has direct access to the boat cruise which leads to the Blue Lagune, Valletta, Comino, Gozo, etc. Quite close to Pace Ville and Saint Julliens. The apartment features free car parking, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located on the most beautiful promenade in Malta, a promenade where you will find many wonderful restaurants and cafes with a wonderful view of the sea. Ideal location for walks on the seashore. The bus station is 1 minute away, the buses have routes to reach St Jullians, Valleta, the Ferryboat that leads to the Blue Lagoon in a short time.
