In our Cancun condo you will find amazing views from the terrace, a huge beach side pool, beautiful gardens, BBQ areas, and a choice of 2 on-site restaurants, one by the pool and another one by the beach. It has a fantastic location, as it is an Oceanside property where you can easily access all the Hotel Zone attractions, the downtown area (typical Mexican restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc) and you are 5 minutes walking to the ferries to beautiful Isla Mujeres (our favorite spot). The condo is a very spacious 130 sqr meters / 1,400 sqr feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have furnished our condo with everything that you will need. It has a TV area, dining room and living room, all with great views of the ocean. One of our favorites areas of the condo is our big terrace (14 m2 = 150 sqr feet) with an incredible view (as you can see from some of the photos) of the Caribbean Ocean, Isla Mujeres and Cancun’s Hotel Zone (we never get tired of having a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine with this view). Our property manager will make checking in & out a very easy experience and can assist you with questions or needs you could have during your stay with us.
We are a family of 5, with 3 girls aged between 8 and 14. We live in Madrid in Spain. We love Cancun and the Riviera Maya and have been vacationing there for the last 15 years. Some 5 years ago we bought a condo in Cancun and have had fantastic experiences with our guests. Since then, we have added a couple of condos, now in Playa del Carmen. We are experienced hosts, have property managers on-site that will take care of your needs and have set up our condos with everything that you will need to feel at home. We have lots (40+ reviews) of great reviews at different vacation rental platforms that we would be happy to share. The thing we enjoy the most at Cancun and Playa? We love having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon either at the terrace of our Cancun condo or a the roof-top pool at Playa. Also, a day trip to stunning Isla Mujeres from Cancun or Cozumel from Playa are some of our most recommended activities. We are sure you will enjoy them as well.
