Property info

We are located in the heart of the hotel zone meters from Caracol Beach, Starbucks and Selecto Chedraui, Cancun Convention Center, walking to the area of Discos, Bars and Restaurants. Services of rent of motorcycles, parking, security the 24hs. DHL, Banamex, Oxxo, Circle K, pharmacies, all in the same block. A contrast between the natural of the Laguna on one side and the beauty of the Mexican sea, with its fine white sand, springs and that unique color of its waters. Having large hotels as neighbors with their particular architecture. Great bike paths, surrounded by lots of green. It is an ideal place for business or leisure travel since you have everything nearby. And if you want to go through the hotel zone, get to know the city center, you have the bus stop at 50m that you spend all the time.

It is a safe area, controlled by surveillance cameras, very close to the main discos, bars and restaurants. Steps from the public access of Playa Caracol, Selecto Chedraui supermarket, Convention Center, souvenir shops and spa centers.
