Nice property in Bucerias (3700 sq yards) with all amenities, inside the property is one house with one room for 2 people, and one house with two bedrooms for up to 4 people with kitchen, on a 4000 sq yards property, nestled amongst palm trees and buganvilias on Bucerias quiet south side only one block from the beach, guests will enjoy lush gardens, kept in traditional Mexican Pacific style, with coconut palms, bananas, papaya, and many other fruits and vegetables growing on the property ferns and other exotic local vegetation neatly displayed throughout the grounds, surrounding a beautiful salt water swimming pool and ozone jacuzzi. The gardens are alive with exhibited local wildlife, such as a family of ducks and a resident macaw as well as other pet birds, humming birds and geckos. A large palapa peers over the vegetation in front of the pool, like a Mayan pyramid peering above the jungle trees. A small roofed terrace adjacent to the pool is perfect for cooking an outdoor meal. There are hammocks, lawn chairs and tables to accommodate all who choose to lounge in the garden area. All the decor is in authentic Mexican Pacific Coast style.

Its a very nice neighborhood in the touristic part of bucerias, you have many restaurants around, the area is very safe, a lot of things to do, just ask The ocean and the main highway to vallarta is just one and two blocks from the place, you can take a bus to Vallarta or the airport for less than 2 dollars, or the beaches in the area, taxi cabs are also available
