Unique and beautifully decorated new luxury condo at SOHO Residences in Zona Romantica (same developer as Pier 57), just blocks from Los Muertos Beach. All the furnishings were made to order with native parota wood and the decor created by local artisans and designers. The only condo in all of SOHO with a private courtyard off the main KING BEDROOM w/ en suite marble bathroom, mountain views from the front terrace and 1431 total sq ft. Beautiful hand made QUEEN Murphy bed allows for additional guests to enjoy the space with you! First class amenities include the largest rooftop pool in the Western Hemisphere and one of the largest in the world hosting cabanas, fire pits, two sun decks, gym, restaurant/snack bar (sauna coming soon) and stunning 360 views of Puerto Vallarta and the beautiful Banderas Bay. 2 ROOFTOP BARS NOW OPEN!!! PLEASE NOTE: The pool is currently not heated (anticipated install of heaters July 2024). We can not guarantee the internet/wifi connection, though we have the best available through TotalPlay, the only local supplier for the building.

A block or two from trendy bars, restaurants, art galleries and great bakeries. Only a 15-20 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and the infamous Malecon. No need for a car rental unless you plan on visiting other parts of Mexico as the Uber system and taxis are readily available. You will find everything you need within a 30 minute radius.
