The property may charge the balance of the reservation at any time within 5 days of arrival with a 5% surcharge, which will be collected from the hotel's website. This same amount will not be refundable in the event of a cancelation. For cancelations made within 21 days, the 50% deposit is nonrefundable. For cancelations made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will not be refundable. The property accepts payments with credit cards upon check-in with an extra 5% commission fee. Please note that the property advises guests to travel with cash, since the island doesn't have any banks, only has one ATM and credit card terminals often malfunction.
