Everything is expensive and there's traffic congestion in most places. A high level of patience is needed when entering KL. To all travelers, I salute you for being able to walk in KL. Even in the heat, you endure it.

KL is a beautiful city rich in history with a beautiful mix of people across Asia. There are many things to see in KL and I wish I had stayed longer to see more! The food is amazing, and you’ll have no trouble finding somewhere to eat in KL, and many people will try to help you if you need directions. Malay is definitely not a language I know, so I was grateful many people understood English. Do be aware that the city can get very warm and humid, so make sure you’re hydrated. Using Grab is the best way around the city and felt very safe using it. You might have random thunder and rain but they are short lived ( it is after all a tropical country). There are many food markets to go to as well.

There's a lot more to KL than a glitzy skyline.
There's a lot more to KL than a glitzy skyline. Food and city travel offer high quality and great value (download the Grab taxi app). A good city to walk in. A walking tour with David Tan of Guru Tours gave us glimpses into KL's past and present, as well as hints of the future. It is a suprisingly green city - citizens and authorities seem to love their trees. Shiny contemporary skyscrapers live comfortably alongside old structures that seem to be in no danger of disappearing - the casual visitor could be wrong. Some of the new buildings are beautiful, with clever incorporation of Islamic motifs, though the broad strategy of the town planners is a bit mystifying. A lack of stress in the way people negotiate their city belies its primary commercial focus.
Our best experience in KL was the Museum of Islamic Art which was exhibiting contemporary explorations of Arabic calligraphy. An exhibition worth visiting KL for - check out how liberating calligraphy from conventional rules unleashed a storm of immersive art.
I love the upgrade to a corner room provided via booking.com genius membership. The extra space was great especially when traveling with children. The value for money is amazing, and the hotel is in a great location - not the hectic Bukit Bintang, but it feels more local, with so many local foods nearby to choose from, several of those are actually so popular. All staff we met were very friendly and hospitable. Cleanliness and health protocol are nothing to worry.
Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the people at the front door (not the front desk), they can provide valuable insight on where to go. The hotel is new, architecture is well done and I am saying this as an architect myself, the interior design exudes 5 star luxury infused with far eastern style which is relevant to the hotel.
We tried the SPA and it was good, the staff were pleasant and the facility was well done.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can reach the KLCC park with the petrona towers in 10-15 min walking. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall called Pavilion and the area of Bukit Bintang which has a night market with lot of food options.
The staff of the hotel was always nice and welcoming.
The pool was nice and refreshing. The view out of our hotel room was interesting.
The staff was warm and attentive. The hotel was not as near as other hotels in Bukit Bintang but it was its strength too. It was near enough for us to walk to Pavillion and Bethaya Times Square but it was far away from the crowd that it was very good quiet and peaceful. The hotel and its facilities were new since it was just renovated.
Convenient location at the bottom of Menara Tower. Two nearby metro / monorail stations. Bukit Bintang and Sentral station only 2 or 3 stops from the hotel.
Nice and rich International breakfast.
Good view on Menara and KLCC from the rooftop / pool.
Friendly and professional staff.
Small, but well equipped gym.
The location is superb. Easy to access, and surrounding is 24 hour area, where you can easily get food and emergency kit even in the middle of the night. Next to the hotel, have oriental Malaysia Cafe. Any kind of food from breakfast to dinner. The facilities is like regular 3 star hotel, complete and clean.
Process for booking upto invoice went well. Staff were less around.Location wise , good but gets jammed roads towards the evening. Getting cabs is a big challenge if you want to go to center of Bukit Bintang from the Hotel. If you like walking, better. Monorail is available around 7 mins walk from the hotel.
Location was perfect. Right beside monorail station and a short walk to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral which is the main interchange station for the rail system in KL. You can also take the express train to the airport at KL Sentral. There are lots of places to eat cheap food around the hotel.
I recently visited Bitz Bitang Hotel at bukit bintang and I must say, it was an awesome experience! The attention to detail and the well-painted ambiance truly added to the overall charm of the hotel. Highly impressed with the decor and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!
Prefect location of the Hotel at Bukit Bintang area. TRX and Pavilion are just 8 mins walking distance. Amazing facility. ie gym, pool, sauna and there also have outdoor garden for running/walking. Recommended hotel for those that looking for new Hotel in Bukit Bintang.
The link bridge right in front of the hotel to Pavilion Shopping Mall makes it very accessible to Bukit Bintang centre streets. The breakfast hall is nicely laid out and has a good variety of food. A nice Hakka restaurant right opposite the hotel.
The location is fantastic.
Right next to KL Sentral train station and shopping mall. Access to all trains including monorail and airport express.
Good modern hotel, staff excellent.
The services provided by Pavilion Hotel Bukit Bintang staff were extraordinary. Facilities, environment and room were excellent. But still cannot compare to Majestic Hotel.
This is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything special. The staff is nice, rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great location too, just outside KL Sentral.
