This is a one storey Homestay carefully designed for those who wish to enjoy privacy and comfort at the same time. Before booking, pls make sure to key in Correct number of guests, including children . Different number of guests will show different prices. Tq so much for the understanding. For example, If key in two guests, onlg one bedroom , queen + one single bed sheet will be prepared. The rest beds will not have bedsheet , blanket set up. We are making the place affordable and suitable for different groups . We will call and confirm number of guests with you , extra guests added later will be charged rm 25 per person. Firstly, this place is 100 % CLEAN because we have a dedicated cleaning team maintaining it at tip top condition. You have clean bed sheets, comforters , pillow cases and we send them to our doby shop for deep cleaning after each batch of guests check out. Secondly, this homestay is comfortable as we have prepared a lot of important equipment and facilities such as air conditioners and fans in all the three rooms (total 5 fans and 4 airconds in the house ), unlimited wifi internet, Good quality tvbox EVpad3s, water heater, rice cooker, microwave, washing machines, all the toiletries and many more items that you cannot find in a hotel. We also provide a big car porch for two cars. Extra cars can find parking easily at the nearby street. Believe it or not, you can still add beds for up to 10 people with only a little extra head charges. However, what makes our place unique and truly stands out among others is our super friendly and responsive host, That is me! I am your host, Allan. Welcome to my place and I look forward to meeting you all~
