Eine riesengroße, wunderschön gelegene Wohnung am Ortsrand mit eigenem kleinen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Außerdem gibt es eine Whirlpool Badewanne, in die man gemütlich auch zu zweit reinpasst. Alles ist super sauber und überall stehen Vasen mit frischen Schnittblumen. Henk und Ineke sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und neben lohnenden Ausflugstipps haben sie uns auch noch geholfen, mitten in der Nacht eine Autowerkstatt zu finden.

Ons appartement is gehuisvest in een prachtige oude, verbouwde boerderij. Het is zeer ruim, luxe en in een landelijke stijl ingericht. Met een mooie, nieuwe complete keuken sinds juni 2018 en moderne badkamer (jacuzzi). Het ligt midden in een groot natuurgebied met heel goede fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. Mooi erf en terras, met privacy en rust.
Uw gastheer en -vrouw zijn Henk en Ineke. Wij hebben de afgelopen 7 jaren met veel plezier onze B&B opengesteld en veel gasten ontvangen, We hadden daarbij een mooie reviewscore van 9,6. Vanaf juni 2018 bieden wij geen ontbijt meer aan, maar wel een zeer complete nieuwe keuken waarin zowel ontbijt als andere maaltijden gemaakt kunnen worden. Wij werken allebeide. Henk werkt als projectleider voor verbetering van natuur, landschap, water en andere waarden in het landelijk gebied. Ineke werkt veel met mensen, werkt momenteel als taalcoördinator bij een school. Wij ontvangen onze gasten altijd met koffie of thee en iets lekkers, bieden graag wat extra service. Wat doen we zoal in onze vrije tijd? Fietsen, wandelen, lezen, en we verbouwen en onderhouden onze boerderij en tuin. Daar zijn we mooi zoet mee.
De prachtige natuurlijke omgeving daagt uit om die te verkennen. We wonen tussen bossen en heideterreinen die je niet wilt missen. Je komt hier tot rust. Je kunt heel goed eten of golven in mooie dorpen zoals Beetsterzwaag, maar ook op 700 meter afstand. Ook het gevangenismuseum in Veenhuizen is uw bezoek zeker waard. In augustus is er een muziekfestival in Bakkeveen, Dodo. Verder zijn de Friese meren en 11 elf oude steden ook goed bereikbaarj. In 2018 is in Leeuwarden en heel Friesland veel op cultureel terrein te beleven, Leeuwarden is namelijk culturele hoofdstad van Europa.
