Host was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb: healthy and delicious. Evening in private terrace with some cold beverage of your choice was more than refreshing and relaxing after whole day in Efteling. Speaking of which was walking distance away. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The bus station was a few hundred meters away, so no problem traveling from or to the airport.

We went to visit Efteling and it was super close. Great walking distance with parking on site. The pottery manger is nice and accommodating. My husband loved the freshly made breakfast.

Kaatsheuvel is but a small town that we visit when we go to The Efteling, one of Europe's largest and oldest theme parks. A wonderful place, nice staff, super modern property and rooms, clean, cozy and comfortable. They have a nice restaurant just downstairs but my favorite spot is the bar with the beautiful terrace! In the Terrace there is a playground and a minigolf for the kids. Perfect to relax with the kids! Also, parking is free :) Great value for money!

We took a 4 day break in Netherlands.
We took a 4 day break in Netherlands. Flew into Eindhoven, rented a car and were able to visit Oertijdmuseum (Dinosuar museum), Beekse Bergen safari, Efteling (theme park) and Kids Wonderland (play centre for kids). Kaatsheuvel is a short drive from Tilburg and Eindhoven and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. If we had more time we would have liked to visit Amsterdam which was an hour and a half drive. It rained heavily on our last day, otherwise we may have got to explore Eindhoven on foot.

It can be reached by Bus from Tildburg Station. The hotel has very unusual rooms, we had a room where the children beds could be hidden under the main bed. The rooms are small for a family of four, but for short stay it is manageable. The hotel has a wide range of children activities, such as Minigolf and a Playground, which is very nice. A supermarket is located about 1 minute away. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

He even lent us a universal adapter as we had forgotten ours. The place itself was immaculate and beautiful decor. Lovely comfortable beds, the breakfast was amazing, location was perfect for us (our trip was for Efteling). Although we walked, the owner kindly offered us a lift. Nothing was any trouble to him. The place was impeccably clean, well-designed, and boasted an amazing view. The spacious garden, kids' trampoline, and football area were great additions. Although we typically refrain from leaving reviews, we were so impressed with our experience that we wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

The place is basically in the national park. At the same time the access is perfect since it is at the entrance to the park. Beautiful routes start there. The house is very spacious and comfortable. 7 minutes by car to the center or big market for example Lidl or Efteling. We had a great time!!!
