Lovely hotel, great location, 5 minute walk to town, comfortable, good breakfast, lovely view from restaurant, helpful staff, laundry facilities. We found on arrival our room didn’t have a bath as was booked, but this was quickly resolved and our room changed. Necessary after a day out on the mountain as the spa baths were closed due to maintenance. Lovely warm lobby area with fireplace and beautiful scent

Leaving QT and going to Wanaka was enjoyable.
Leaving QT and going to Wanaka was enjoyable. The Remarkables can be visited for a day of skiing from Wanaka, which is a nicer place to stay for multiple nights. The pre booked bus from QT airport to Wanaka with " Ritchie's Bus lines" is cheaper than a taxi is , cheaper by quite a fair bit.QT is a tourist town that has been despoiled by its own success and scenic location.

Queenstown has so many activities to do that you may run out of time. To ensure you can ski, shydive and do whatever else you want to i would suggest a two week stay at least and that allows you to explore Wanaka nearby as well. Queenstown is a beautiful city that is easily walkable and with so many places to eat you can try a new spot every night for two weeks easily.

Wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants with high quality food in all places we visited. Very friendly staff in all locations and breakfast at Ferg's bar is a must do if you visit Queenstown and make sure you order the bloody mary.
The room was very well equipped and had everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing! We also used the gym during our stay and this was great! A bit far from central Queenstown but on the other hand, pretty handy to the wineries and Arrowtown, and also convenient being close to supermarkets and the Frankton shops.
Overall, a nice hotel and everything was pretty decent considering the staffing shortages in Queenstown at the moment. We enjoyed our stay.
This new hotel beside the Airport is a great stopover option for Queenstown. The hotel facilities themselves are great - modern, clean, comfortable apartments with everything you need (including a washer and dryer). And within close vicinity of the hotel there are shops and restaurants. The 15min walk to the airport is easy, making travel to/from Queenstown much easier than a central Queenstown stopover.
Our room had a beautiful view over the lake and town centre. After staying at other hotels in Queenstown this one offered the most comfort due to the size of the room. A full kitchen, large living and dining spaces, separate bedroom and large bathroom with tub and extra towels. A short downhill walk to town centre. Would definately stay here again. Basement parking was a bonus.
Location is great if you’ve been to Queenstown before & don’t want to stay close to town centre.
Our room was quite small, but had everything you could need for a short stay.
Water taxi is great! Quick / easy to catch. Also best to check Uber prices (sometimes work out cheaper if not the same price return)
