A private courtyard with maple trees, camellias, ferns bushes, and roses. Tuck away from Clyde Road, this rear house has the best simplicity and peace you could desire for a quality holiday. Central is located within walking distance to Jelly Park, Fendalton Primary School, Fendalton Library, Fendalton Village, Jelly Park, University of Canterbury, New World, BP Petrol Station, Mona Vale, Hagley Park, Botanic Garden or simply grab some BBQ meat from Newworld and enjoy a BBQ in the back yard.
No necessary we won’t be onsite.
