All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Airport shuttle pick up: Once you have collected your luggage and got through the customs and are ready to depart, call the property for pickup using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
If you are at the international airport please wait by Door 11 for the shuttle. If you are at the domestic airport please wait by Door 8 for the shuttle.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Airport Gold Star Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
