Magnolia Cottage is a cosy two bedroom house with fantastic views of the sea and Kapiti Island. There is a large outside deck with furniture to relax on. There is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/air fryer, induction elements and toaster. A traditional Italian stovetop coffee maker with ground beans is provided, as well as a variety of teas. Complimentary Italian chocolates too! Continental breakfast provisions are provided for your use. Air conditioning / heat pump is installed to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Comfortable couches, a smart TV and excellent WI-FI. A great place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views with the convenience of being close to town.
Magnolia Cottage is located rurally and is only a 3-4 minute drive to the Waikanae cinema, supermarkets, cafes, shops. A Hemi Matenga bushwalk is only a one minute walk from the cottage. Visit Kapiti Island or Nga Manu Nature Reserve, cycle the great Kapiti Coast tracks, visit the Arts Trail or Garden Trail ... Lots of great restaurants nearby ... please ask for recommendations
