Spend your days relaxing on the lakefront enjoying the beauty of the surrounding areas or travel around Lake Taupo discovering all the attractions. The home features an upstairs open, living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of space, perfect for spending time with family and friends. In the summer, enjoy the outdoor balcony with a BBQ watching the sun go down in the distance and in winter, retreat indoors and warm yourself up by the fireplace. With Queen and Single-sized beds, as well as Bunk beds, this home is able to accommodate all kinds of guests. The White House is just a short 5-minute walk to the lake’s edge, where you are able to go on long walks, enjoying the stunning views of the lake, all the way down to Five Mile Bay or further up towards the town of Taupo. Taupo Central is just a short 10-minute drive away with plenty of shops, stores, restaurants and any other things that you may need! This place is perfectly connected with Taupo airport being nearby. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
