Hi! This is an interior designed apartment of a 1 Br Unit but was designed to fit 5pax with 1 full size bed , 3 - uratex 5in thick folding sofa beds & 1 sofa bed w/ pull out single size bed frame without sacrificing the basic part of a condo’s living space of dining, living , kitchen and terrace with Mountain view. My unit is equipped with smart TV and internet subscribed converge , available to watch NETFLIX / You tube. Welcome to my abode, for new comers we will happy to give comfort and bonding time for families as you have to access of the Pico Beach and Country Club but with a separate entrance fee and to my apartment you can bring your own food to cook and drink. Very proud of the cozy ambience and the relaxing mood. Guests loved my unit and keeps coming back and give referrals.
I am Connie, full time real estate broker and also doing leasing for short and long term at BGC , Taguig City and here at Picodeloro. I have been to many places in Asia, US and Europe and almost some of the islands of the Phils because I love to travel because of my experiences I want to transfer the comfort and the happiness I gained in these travels to my managed apartments. We want to bring good services to our guests so they will feel the hospitality we Filipinos are known for.
The neighborhood is a cluster of Condominiums also with transient guests who’s on vacation to explore Pico de Loro Beach and Countryclub amenities and services but with an entrance fee of P1000 at Low season and P1500 at peak season.
