Bloom Residences is an ultra modern, Mid-rise, sixteen storey mixed development building. Our two bedroom condominium is at Twelve storey unit 12-19, 12-20, SMDC Tower A / B, Doctor Arcadio Santos, Brgy San Antonio, (previous sucat road) Paranaque City, 1700. Bloom Residences have attractive, well-designed layouts with dining and living areas, kitchens, bathrooms configured to maximize space and achieve the most functional living environments. Unit sizes for a 2 bedroom unit with balcony are approximately 32 square meters. It has the extra space you need for unwinding with minimalist living and dining spaces, couple, small families or friends can enjoy together for a weekend of laughter. Enjoy a home-away-from-home experience at site especially for relaxation and convenience, with big open spaces Surrounded by essential commercial establishments, residential, and educational facilities in the Metro Manila area that has everything you and your family needs.

This gem of a property condo unit just at the outskirt of Manila is cleverly situated near Sucat Skyway/SLEX Exit, which provide great access to Alabang, NAIA, Taguig, MOA, BGC, Makati via Skyway. A nice panoramic view of Lake and Mountain to kick back at the end of the day. As always SMDC condo is complimented by near SM malls which for Bloom Residences is SM BF Homes and Shopwise near hospital Paranaque Medical Center.
