Affordable one condo unit on top of a Mall. Jazz Residences is within the business district of Makati City. It is 30 minutes or more from the airport . It is near Universities, Gov't buildings, churches, Banks, Parks, Bars, and Fine Dining Restaurants Makati is one of the safest cities of the Metro. Anyone (adults and children ) can book my property, together with a valid ID and signed Authorization after booking confirmation. . I am just a message away. and I normally answer within the day. I can also make recommendations on other interesting places to visit or hook you up with local guides during your stay. I accept 4-27 days stay but we can prolong the stay making you a tenant which will require a contract to sign and other documents for the admin. Note* Only Tennant's (long stays are allowed in the gym) . However there are exercise equipments by the pool area. Please wear a mask in the public areas. Location , Affordability, Safety! Enjoy My Space!
