Madie’s Place is designed to provide that serene, cozy and that relaxing feel at home ambiance to guests. We are located at San Lorenzo Subdivision in Santa Rosa near Enchanted Kingdom Theme Park. We provide a decent kids, family and pet friendly accommodation with a porch, garden area and a private swimming pool. Plus, we provide free private parking. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated toilet and bathroom located at the ground floor area. We can also provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at affordable cost. Most of all free broadband internet WIFI is available in all areas of the premises. For directions, If you are taking public transport, please try to make your way to Waltermart Santa Rosa branch the one nearest Enchanted Kingdom. From there, head to Waltermart parking lot in front of Mang Inasal Restaurant where you will see a Tricycle Stand for San Lorenzo Subdivision. Take a tricycle and tell the driver to take you to Madie's Place at Phase-1A. The tricycle driver should know the place and the fee is only P45-50.00 for special trip, and is only a 10-minute ride to our place. Lastly, please refer to the Map photo provided at the photos section. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Hello I am Madie and welcome to my place! we provide a decent yet cost friendly place to stay in our area. My place is just 5 mins away to Enchanted Kingdom, very close to Nuvali, Fun Farm, and other popular spots. My place is good for individual, couple and group staycation, plus we welcome pets. We have free broadband Wifi Internet in all areas of our premises. We have dedicated bathrooms, TV, Air-Conditioning, Hot Water Shower, Real Beds, Garden Space for group bonding, and most of all our Hospitality.
Madie's Place is located in a private guarded estate named San Lorenzo Subdivision, our estate is well lit, safe and peaceful, and neighbors are very accommodating, but restrict party noises at 10PM and onwards. Walking distance from us are 24hr groceries stores like 7/11, Dali Store and Uncle Joe's.
