Two-room comfortable, air-conditioned Apartment (45 m2) perfect both for couples and business travellers, for short and long stays. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and hallway. It also has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a designated workspace with a desk, a monitor, and a comfortable chair. The apartment is fully equipped with essential kitchen and bathroom accessories, as well as a set of towels and bed linen. Designed by an architectural firm following the latest trends, the interior is furnished in a modern boho style with a strong emphasis on functionality. Finished with high-quality materials. The apartment offers fast 600 Mb/s Wi-Fi internet access. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with a double bed in the bedroom (160x200) and a double sofa bed in the living room. For guests travelling by car, there is a free parking space available in the underground garage.
Victoria works in IT, which allows her to blend work with travel. Drawing on her extensive travel experiences, she created Boho Wave Retreat to ensure it feels like a home away from home for her guests.
The apartment strategically is located a 25-minute walk away from the city centre, between Kościuszko Park and Katowice Forest Park. The popular Dolina Trzech Stawów is also nearby. The place is well connected, with bus and tram stops nearby providing direct access to the city centre and other parts of Katowice. Trams number 6, 16, 36, and 46 go directly to the city centre. The proximity to the A4 motorway and roads DK86 and DK81 allows for easy travel to other cities in Silesia. In a 5-minute walk in the neighbouring block, you can enjoy coffee, breakfast and the best in city croissants (take a pistachio one) at the "Zachcianka" café. Near the building, there is the indoor swimming pool Brynów with a sauna and the Ceglana Gym & FitnessFun gym.
