As described, very good breakfast

Clean hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size and everything was well kept up.

Large room, comfortable bed, nice and helpful staff

The hotel has a reception desk with a person, and I think now this can be considered an advantage. I arrived too late at night but a friendly employee at the reception received me, very kind and polite. I ordered breakfast, it was also hearty, tasty. I liked it, very homely. The staff is wonderful.

As always for the value great.

The room was very comfortable, and the food was excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly which was so appreicated!

Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Location, facilities and very helpful staff

Very clean and though not in center it's only a 15 min ride by bus and there is a McD's next door, a shopping mall within 10 min walk and a Lidl supermarket.

Wonderful stay, great interior design, central location and super friendly staff!

Location, design, staff friendly , stay with dog possible

The breakfast buffet was spectacular! There even was a table with Silesian specialties. The hotel was newly renovated and expanded since our last visit. The location is very good as well.

Everything was ok. 20 min walk to city center. Lots of options for breakfast. Clean bedding.

Beautiful close to everything

The Spa was amazing, the staff friendly, the food and wine top quality. The room was elegant and modern mixed with original features.

Easy check in using kiosk. Location next to ice rink. Breakfast was perfect for us. Very clean!

Very comfortable hotel at suitable location - we stayed in Katowice in the middle of our route and the hotel was just the place for B&B, but it exceeded our expectations. We arrived at night and the receptionist kindly helped us to accomodate. There's private parking with barrier for free, it was important for us. The room was exceptionally clean and silent. Breakfast was gorgeous - very tasty.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was high quality with a range of different options.

The hotel restaurant schocked me with one of its meals - it was amazing

I loved this place. I came to Katowice for a conference and wanted a clean, comfortable, not-tiny room, and this is just what I got. With a nice chair and a little desk, and a large TV screen. And staff very helpful: late at night I came to the front desk because I couldn't figure out how to find a seat on the train back to Warsaw, and the guy spent several minutes finding the info himself, then supervising while I got it all set on my phone. It was just a lovely place for a short visit. Good location too; a 6-minute walk or so to the Rynek.

Excellent room and friendly staff.
