Property info

This fully equipped and cozy apartment is suitable for 5 people. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with one double bed and a single bed. There is a TV with cable channels in the living room. Guests can also use a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary appliances to prepare a meal, such as a toaster, dishwasher or coffee machine. A private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub provides amenities such as a washing machine and a hairdryer. The apartment also has two glazed balconies with comfortable garden furniture. From the balconies you can admire the beautiful view of the mountains - including Giewont. For motorized guests, there is also a private parking lot in the garage, included in the price. PLEASE NOTE: The stairwells are undergoing refurbishment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. When renting for special occasions, we can prepare flowers, champagne or other amenities for your stay. If you are interested in the service, please contact us individually. Check-in is also possible after midnight.

These modern apartments are located in the new building complex "Stara Polana" at Nowotarska Street. The building has an elevator. The facility is equipped with a free SPA zone - in the complex you will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a playground for children. The location combines peace and proximity to the most important points on the map of Zakopane. The bustling city center - Krupówki, is only 1.5 km away, and the popular Gubałówka funicular railway is 1 km away. The nearest restaurants and cafes are only 500m from the apartment. If you want to spend time actively - you can reach Aquapark Zakopane in just 15 minutes walk. This location is also ideal for those traveling by train, as the train station is only 700m away. Dear Sirs, We would like to inform you that in 2025, technical breaks in the SPA have been planned for the following dates: April 7-13 and November 17-23. On these days, the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas will be closed.
