Just perfect place for a long stay. The apartments have everything you need and even more. Incredibly comfortable, clean, quiet and warm. The staff is pleasant and helpful, there are shops and the metro nearby. If I come to Porto again, I'll definitely stay here.

Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as the church of Our Lady of Lapa! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Neighborhood info

This part of the city was known as Brandy Circut because there are supposed to be brandy stills next to this space. In 1882, this square acquired its current name on the centenary of the death of the Portuguese political leader Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo (Marquês de Pombal). The square includes a romantic garden, two fountains and a bandstand. It is densely wooded and trendy on hot days and by pensioners who play Swedish and domino games here. With the metro in the zone, you can quickly move around the city in a few minutes.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
