Moradia moderna num bairro tranquilo a 2,5 km da praia do Guincho. Tem Jardim, jacuzzi. O quarto totalmente equipado com casa de banho privativa.
Somos uma família de 4 e uma cadela bulldogue muito meiga que gosta muito de pessoas.
Bairro muito calmo com minimercado, transportes públicos. Tem espaços verdes e de bom acesso pela autoestrada.
