Our stay at Quinta dos Lobos was truly exceptional from start to finish! Nestled in the serene nature of Sintra, this place feels like a hidden gem. The room was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and offered a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible staff—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Though we made a last-minute request for a dinner reservation, they didn’t hesitate to accommodate us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The restaurant on-site served phenomenal food, full of flavor and prepared with so much care—it ended up being one of the culinary highlights of our entire trip! To top it all off, the reception team went above and beyond. We had plans to catch a fado show in Lisbon, and they kindly helped us find the perfect restaurant for the evening. They really made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend Quinta dos Lobos to anyone looking to experience the magic of Sintra with top-notch service, delicious food, and pure comfort surrounded by nature. Can’t wait to come back!

An amazing resort in the middle of a green park. Great for golf lovers, spa and pool.

The historic building and furnishings were beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were also able to provide information about the town and area that is not easily found because most of the staff live nearby but also have been working for the hotel for decades. The room was magical, with a balcony overlooking the ravine and at least 2 castles. The experience was surreal.

Everything was so calm and well prepared, staff was so nice and helpful all the time, so relaxing atmosphere and loving every minute of stay.

Breakfast was great. Loved the deck. Loved the Piano. Loved the staff. Loved our room . Loved the ample parking. Loved our view of Peña Palace! Location perfect for us as we wanted to be outside of Lisbon.

I stayed at this hotel in Tot Ocean Soul with my daughter, and we were left with the warmest and most pleasant impressions. It is truly a wonderful place to relax! The hotel is very clean — housekeeping was done every day, and bed linen and towels were also changed daily, which created a special feeling of comfort and care. The room was always warm and cozy — a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I would especially like to mention the stunning ocean view from the room — it is truly amazing! Every day began with this incredible scenery, which is impossible to forget. I would also like to highlight the lounge area in the common space of the hotel — it is an ideal place for those who work online, very comfortable for working. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help — thanks to them, you feel at home. Overall, this is a place you want to come back to again. A perfect combination of comfort, coziness, and a high level of service. I highly recommend it!

I loved everything about this property. It’s perfectly located in the centre, just a short walk from the main square. I especially loved the view from my apartment on the third floor, and everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I also want to mention how kind the cleaner was. She brought me fresh bread and coffee pods every day. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, her warmth and kindness came through😊 I would also like to thank the staff for their help with a small payment issue I experienced. Jessica, in particular, was incredibly professional and always responded to my messages quickly and efficiently. I’ve been using Booking.com and Airbnb for many years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Sometimes it’s not about how luxurious or expensive a place is—what truly makes a stay special are the people who work there and genuinely care about their guests. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. This was my fourth visit to Sintra, and I will definitely be staying at Pendoa again. Obrigada! 🙏

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sintra. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice..location (close to train station), the breakfast is acceptable in the hotel. If u want to eat outside- in front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant..

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to explore the area. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful — a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Parking was a bit challenging, but that seems to be common everywhere in Sintra. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff were top class - we had an incident with our daughter that required an ambulance (allergy) and the staff were incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional breakfast and dinner service, worth going to dinner even if not staying at the hotel. 10/10 to staff. Issue with out taxi upon check out, front desk were on it in a flash and arranged alternative transport.

Rui is a very polite and would give you best advice and help needed. Really hospitable. The hotel is like a part of a fairy tail, just as the city itself. We loved it.
