CABANA is a charming house recently rehabilitated (2019), with a stunning view of the Peneda-Gerês National Park and overlooking Caniçada Dam. The property is located at the peaceful village of Paradela, Valdozende, Terras de Bouro. The house balances the simplicity of rectilinear forms and the textural such as wood, stone, tiles and glass, with elegant timeless palette of surfaces and finishes. All the spaces are connected to the exterior, a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living. This is a ground floor house, with 2 Double rooms (one is a suite), 1 Twin room, 1 bathroom, an open living-space with kitchen, dining and living room, with all facilities. Up in the mezzanine, you’ll find a small living room, ideal for reading or playing video games. Outside, you will find a second Kitchen with bathroom, a stylish barbecue area, with all the equipment's for cooking and a pool with a great view. The Villa is completely private, and all facilities are only for the guests use. If you are going to rent a car, I recommend that you do not rent a car that is too big and wide, so that you feel more comfortable getting in and out of the house by car.
