Ideally located on the private island of Eden Island (attached to the main island of Seychelles, Mahé), apartment of 81 m2 with large terrace of 24 m2 with sea view and pool.
It's one of the largest 1 bedroom apartment of Eden Island and one of the few with a sea view.
Large room with large private bathroom.
Sofa bed in living space with another bathroom attached to the living room.
Very beautiful sea view and on Ile au Cerf.
Free access to all Eden Island private facilities:
- several pools including one a few dozen meters,
- 4 private beaches nearby (see photos)
- tennis courts
- fitness room
Shops and restaurant nearby.
Private electric car to move on the island.
The apartment is fully equipped (barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer, hair dryer, safe ...). A few km from the airport and the capital Victoria.
TV sat and wifi.
I supply consumables for your arrival (shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bag, dishwasher and washing machine), the time you go shopping.
The apartment has the licence agreement from health authority (under "Eden Island Luxury Accommodation" in the list of authorized establishment)
You will be welcome in our apartment! We go there whenever we can and rent it when we are not there.
I remain discreet but always present. I can advise you on beaches, restaurants, excursions ....
A person is on site for all your needs.

Ideally located on Eden Island in a very calm basin with sea view and deer island. Pool and beach very close to the apartment. A private electric cart is at your disposal for your trips on the island. Shops and restaurants nearby (about 500m). If necessary, I also have a berth at your disposal, next to the apartment.
