Comfortable home with private entrance in a villa at a 3 min walking distance from two public swimming areas in the Stockholm bay. There is a large balcony partly under roof, perfect to relax or hang out in the evenings. The home is spacious with open floor plan between kitchen/dining/living room. The property has 3 comfortable bedrooms with beds for up to 7 guests. There are two bathrooms: 1. with toilet and shower cabin with steam room function 2. with toilet and jacuzzi+shower When booking for more than 7 guests, an additional 80 square meter area will be available, including 2 extra bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 bathroom.
I love travelling with my family, discover new places and share experiences with locals.
In the heart of Edsviken, the house is located in a very quiet and child friendly villa district, a 15 minutes drive from the city center. Stockholm Center can be reach by train in also 15 minutes. The train station is named Sollentuna Station and can be reached after a 5min walk to the nearest bus stop. The bus will also take 5min to the station. You will find children playgrounds and parks in the area, as well as public access to several swimming areas.
