Everyone is singing in the museum! Abba music, of course :-) You can even perform on a scene, with their holograms, which is really great...if you are brave enough :-) And you can find there a reproduction of their studio, their outfit and instruments. and also watch movies about the history of the group.
What a museum! Very interesting and interactive! I'm not a huge ABBA fan however I still enjoyed every second! We spent over an hour in here and we also opted for the audio guide which is a talk-over from the singers themselves! A bit expensive but average for Stockholm. You get to sing & dance and you can re-watch yourself over and over through your ticket code.
We liked it, but personally I found it quite expensive. It was very full, so it was less fun. There are always a lot of people watching while you are doing the interactive parts - so you should like performing in front of people to be having fun doing that :D If you LOVE Abba you should go, maybe try to pick a time when it's not that full (probably not possible ...) of course it is fun! I just thought it was too expensive for the value. Also the café wasn't good at all, 5 euro for a latte macchatio and no variete in food at all, no cakes etc. Very disappointing and overexpensive, try to avoid eating here.
Because ABBA group was a legend in the music industry (at least in their time) it is worth seeing what made them so different and special. The museum was quite small but fairly entertaining. I still enjoy listening to their song tracks.
If you´re a fan of Scandinavian music and the Eurovision Song Contest do visit this place. More than just a museum about one of the most popular swedish bands of all time this si a three in one deal. Eurovision exhibition (possibly until September 2016), ABBA museum, Swedish music hall of fame. Walk in and get ready to sing, dance and leave totally in love with Sweden.
Allow plenty of time if you are a music fan as lots of information, interviews and interactive stuff. Also get there as early as you can as it gets busy the later in the day. We stayed just over 3 hours and arrived at 10.30am. When we were leaving it was busy.
