The apartment is completely renovated and decorated in a completely renovated old stone house in the old part of Izola. The apartment is duplex, arranged on two floors (the first and second floors of the house) with internal stairs. To the entrance to the apartment leads an internal house staircase with beautiful wooden stairs. In the lower part of the duplex apartment there is a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a microwave and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. In the lower part of the apartment there is also a sofa with a pull-out bed with a normal bed of 140x200 cm. In the upper part of the apartment led internal wooden steps along the beautiful stone wall. On the first floor there is a normal double bed measuring 160x200 cm and two pull-out beds measuring 80x200 cm. The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and heated. Free Wi-Fi internet is available at high speed and works all over the apartment. On both floors there is a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The apartment is not suitable for disabled people.
The apartment is family run. The apartment is one of three apartments that we rent out as a family. Our chain of apartments is called Aryaisolana apartments. Management is followed by a sustainable principle using natural materials. The apartment is decorated in a stone old Istrian house, where natural local materials were used for renovation. As hosts, we want primarily peaceful and nature-bound guests who want to enjoy the beauty of nature and gastronomic local food and beverage. As hosts, we will do our best to make our guests enjoy Izola and the apartment and be happy to return. The accommodation can arranged transport to travel around the country or organizing excursions along the beautiful Istrian region. We also offer locally grown olive oil from our own olive grove. We can also arrange the purchase of home-made wine according to the intergrated production method.
The apartment is located on a bright, airy location in the old town center of the fishing village of Izola, which was once arranged on the island, hence the name Izola - Isola. Izola is a small, authentic fishing village with its soul that attracts people who want to learn the tranquility and fishing authenticity of coastal towns. With restaurants with homemade delicacies and a well-preserved environment, the tradition and authenticity of small fishing towns are preserved. The beach is 350 m and the central city market is 350 m away from the apartment (4 min walk). Various fruits and seasonal vegetables can be bought at the market. In the vicinity of the market there are shops with food items and cafes where you can have coffee or tea or enjoy in the evenings in the Mediterranean climate. In the surrounding area you can enjoy various activities such as enjoying while swimming, snorkeling, suping, surfing, biking and hiking or walking. In restaurants and bars you can enjoying excellent food. The location is well known among surfers and carriages in the winter months. The picturesque Piran and Portorož are 9.5 km. Portorož Airport is 10 km away. Ljubljana is 110 km away.
