I travelled from Guatemala so the trip took around 5 hours. It’s a good idea to have food or sightseeing rests planned for the journey as it can be tiring. If you’re going through San Salvador plan for low traffic times as that can greatly reduce your travel time. San Luis La Herradura itself is a very quiet town so you pretty much end up spending all of your time at the hotel. The people are very attentive of tourists and even street vendors won’t pester you too much.RicardoGuatemala
