777 is located 1 km from Maikao Beach. This is a condominium. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There is a two-burner stove, toaster, dishes for 3 people. 2 sets of linen, two-chamber refrigerator, Wi-Fi, TV. A bedspread, a blanket. Safe deposit. A table with two chairs on the balcony. The view is quiet towards the sea, not on the indoor pool. Check-in at any time, mini safe on the door, there's a key. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory. One big one with an island, you can swim in circles. Tennis court. The sea is about 1 km away. On the left, at the exit from the condominium, there is a relatively empty road 4.5 km (9 km there and back) convenient for running. There are shops nearby (7 eleven, Big c mini, super cheap). restaurants, landrights, rental, massage, sauna with swimming pool 200 meters to the left. Near the SPLASH water park (3 km). The complex is commissioned, but not all apartments are furnished. There may be jobs, but if you live, you can ask to stop the work. The reception is open from Monday to Saturday and the office is open all days.
I like that in our hotel you can swim in circles in a large pool, there is a tennis court. You can find shade and you can run long distances along quiet roads on the left at the exit of the hotel. I also like walking distance to shops, delicious and inexpensive restaurants, massage and a relatively direct road to the sea. You can check in yourself (if you have paid in advance for electricity 100 baht/day and final cleaning 1000 baht) or Check in through the reception, then you need to leave a deposit of 3000 baht + a fee for checking in through the reception of 500 baht. When you check out, they will deduct from you according to the meters for water and electricity and return the cash. The reception is open from Monday to Saturday and the office is open all days. You can order laundry and cleaning services at the reception, and resolve other issues related to the operation of the premises and accommodation.
