Perfectly suited for a couple or single, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect stay. The studio is spacious, furnished in a contemporary style and fully air-conditioned. Electric usage 35 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee.

Enjoy your Phuket getaway in this holiday rental at Chic Condominium in Karon. Conveniently located just 800m from the famous beach and a short 3 min walk to the main road with restaurants and bars, local shops and stores, Karon night market, and other amenities the area has to offer. There's a good choice of Thai seafood restaurants immediately to the north of Karon Circle – between the beach and Karon Lake – and several more along the beach road between Karon and Kata. Resort restaurants and stand-alone eateries in Aroona Plaza serve local and international dishes at reasonable prices. Just 350m from the condo there is a night market twice a week at the Wat Suwan Khiri Khet (Karon Temple). Visit on Tuesdays and Fridays to browse the local food ingredients, clothing and other products that give an insight into Karon and Thai culture.
