Villa with private swimming pool islocated in Pa Daet area near Ping river and only 15 min to Chiang Mai Old Town, 5 min to big convenience store (Big C) and 7-11 nearby 2-3 min away, for shopping lover and cinema there are shopping mall near by 15 min drive it called Airport plaza mall. The villa located in the quiet area easy to access around by bike, scooter, local taxi, Bolt, Grab. Chiang Mai old city and airport is only 15 mins away. We want our guests to feel warm and happy during your stay in our lovely home :) This villa is the perfect choice for romantic couples and for anyone who wants to escape from bustle of the city life, the secluded area of the villa will provide a sence of privacy Villa in the development is detached type, with its own swimming pool, private walled, balcony, 2 kitchen Thai and European with oven, we decorated in modern minimalist style. ***To increased safety for families with children. ALL doors have baby lock on the top and double lock with pass code for night-time. Electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 7 baht per unit and water it free to use.
