Great location, Staff go above and beyond! Wonderful hotel, perfect location… staff were fantastic, went above and beyond to sort out our flights to Chiang Mai after ticketing issues arose.

Unbelievably friendly staff all round, fantastic rooms exactly as in the pictures, which is not often the case, delicious breakfast variety, gym and lovely roofbar! I actually came this time for my birthday and the stuff brought me a small cake into the room, which was very mindful and made me really happy. In general I like the service and the stuff at this hotel very much, they are really helpful and friendly. At the end of the stay we had to leave super early to catch our flight, so they actually gave us breakfast boxes for the taxi ride. I am def coming back as soon as possible.
