Older property but comfortable

Very close to everything by taxi, pool was amazing. WiFi was very fast no issues. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's a little far away from the downtown, the location is not quite ideal actually. However, the experience was really good!! It's will be our choice for next travel in Bangkok!!

Best thing was attention from hotel staff, also the room was quiet, fancy and well equipped. Breakfast was great, offering Thai and also occidental options to eat

Clean and comfortable, very quiet at night

We really liked being on Samsen Street. It was our cozy, small, nice, and quiet harbour in a big noisy city. It was our first time in Bangkok, so I wasn't really sure which area to choose, but in the end, we were very satisfied with our choice. There were many massage parlors, even on the same street, some street food stalls, currency exchange, laundry service, and more. The hotel itself was calm and quiet, but at the same time, we could easily reach all our desired destinations around the city centre and beyond by taxi. On our way back, we stayed in another place near Benchakiti and Lumpini Parks and we regretted this choice - it was a noisy area, we were constantly stuck in traffic jams, and no sign of coziness. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, and there were even swimming pool towels by the pool, which you could use and then leave there. The breakfast was also delicious, and everybody could find something suitable. We wanted to taste more Thai food, and our children wanted just cornflakes and more familiar food. All in all, we're glad we found this nice place, and we miss Samsen Street. I think it is also to the credit of the hotel that Bangkok left us with such warm memories and a good impression.

Nice room with small veranda looking onto koi fish pond and seating area. Lovely staff and even got me into my hotel room earlier than check in which was a lovely gesture. 7-11 across the road very handy

Amazing Stay in Bangkok! I highly recommend this place! The room was clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the staff were incredibly polite and hospitable. They helped me with my luggage and kindly allowed me to store it after check-out. I was also able to check in early, which was a lifesaver after my overnight flight. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Bonus: they have a café with exceptional coffee - definitely worth trying! :)

Great location, great staff. Clean room. Reception open 24/7. Quiet.They have a late checkout until 4 pm if you pay 500 baht extra. This was amazing!

Kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable setting with pool lounge area, breakfast buffet, free coffee, and ice water. Convenient walk to Phayap Pier for city boat access.

The place was very clean and but if you are staying longer than 3 days, just inform them to clean the bathroom.

This was our second time here and it was a great experience again. Very clean comfortable rooms, very nice staff and an excellent breakfast. The design of the entire hotel, as well as the decoration, is unique. We'll be back :)
