GibraltarClean, comfortable and quiet, with good aircon. The staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed for nine nights, and my room was spotless every day, unlike so many other hotels where one has to chase the front desk to get even a basic clean done! I will definitely recommend to my friends

United KingdomThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was delightfully cool and with the perfect options for lying on a lounger in sun, patchy shade or full shade. The rooms I stayed it were both clean, very large and smart looking. The hotel was also immediately next to a place to get food and another for lovely drinks. It was very accessible for me to make sure I rested my injury.

RussiaAll the staff here were brilliant and helpful. Great communication skills and advice when asked. Issues are efficiently sorted. I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom, repaired within a few hours. Swimming pool was great. Location excellent for local bars, shops and restaurants. Not far from brilliant beaches - if you have transport. Rooms are neat, cleaned every day with fresh bedding. It felt safe and secure. Excellent value for money! I stayed 22 days.

ItalyMy son and I came to Phuket to train for a month at one of the Thaiboxing camps. The hotel is a 10 minute scooter ride to our gym (Sinbi) So the location is great, the rooms are super clean and have a big fridge and a small pantry on the balcony. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
