We exercise careful and meticulous quality control when it comes to choosing the villas we offer. Not just any property is accepted into our portfolio, but only those with the style and comfort we believe our guests deserve. All are new builds or renovations, with private swimming pools, air conditioned bedrooms, walled compounds and top of the range technology. However, as all are individually designed, we advise you to read carefully the descriptions on each page before deciding which villa would best suit your particular needs. Perhaps most importantly, in this large and mainly rural province of Thailand, we are also careful to ensure that none of our villas are “in the middle of nowhere”, like many of the Krabi villas now advertised online. All are in established residential areas, most within 1 – 5km of Ao Nang Beach, Krabi’s main dining, shopping and entertainment zone. In addition we have unlimited taxi service within Ao Nang between 9am to 10pm (additional charge). This service is available in and from the beach, as well as local markets and convenience stores.

Krabi Villa Beach House is a spectacular property. Sitting directly beside a private beach and enjoying panoramic sea views across the sparkling Andaman Sea, Krabi villa is in the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. With its striking, contemporary architecture and outstanding, stylish interior, Krabi Villa Beach House is sure to delight its guests. Krabi villa’s communal living rental space is open to the patio, which enables guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings to the maximum. This area is furnished in a modern, minimalist style with a dining table and chairs that can sit up to eight people. The kitchen area is also ultra-modern, with good quality units, black counter tops and a good range of equipment. There is also an air-conditioned TV / media room with a comfortable sofa, international cable TV and DVD player.

Neighborhood info

Despite the villa’s beachfront location, there is convenient road access for those guests wishing to explore the area and a hire car can easily be arranged. Alternatively, for a reasonable additional cost, guests may wish to use the optional transport services provided by Krabi Riviera. These include the company’s own taxi or tuk-tuk service. Guests staying at Krabi villa Beach House can also use the villa’s two kayaks to paddle along the picturesque coast for which Krabi is so well-known. The company’s personal concierge will be on hand to answer any questions and to ensure that guests enjoy a memorable stay in this exclusive and unique property.
